Iena Hospitality | A New Hospitality Group

Behind every hotel is a destination, a team and an atmosphere. Behind Iena Hospitality is also a family story and a distinctive vision of hospitality: personal, discerning and deeply connected to the identity of each place.
A new French family-owned hospitality group, Iena Hospitality brings together and develops high-end properties, each with its own distinctive personality.
Intimate hotels, suites designed as genuine living spaces, restaurants, bars and wellness experiences: every address has its own character. Yet they all share the same philosophy, embraced by the group and its teams: to welcome every guest with care, celebrate individuality and create places people want to return to.
Iena Hospitality: A Family Story Above All
In hospitality, the idea of family goes far beyond the ownership of a property. It also shapes the way relationships, time and development are approached.
As a family-owned hospitality group, Iena Hospitality is built with a long-term vision. Each property is considered a project in its own right, with its own story, surroundings and personality.
This approach allows the group to maintain a carefully curated, human-scale collection while remaining closely connected to each of its properties.
The ambition is not to replicate identical hotels, but to nurture distinctive addresses, each with a story of its own to tell.
Different Properties, One Family
The individual personality of each property is one of the defining principles of Iena Hospitality.
The group’s addresses deliberately offer different experiences. Their architecture, surroundings, spaces and approach to hospitality are all shaped by their destination.
This philosophy enables Iena Hospitality to build a coherent collection without resorting to standardisation.
One hospitality family, with properties that retain their own unique character.
Growing While Remaining a Human-Scale Group
For a family-owned group, growth raises an essential question: how can you expand without losing your identity?
Iena Hospitality is committed to growing in a way that remains true to its values.
This means selecting projects with care and ensuring that every new property brings something distinctive to the collection.
Among the group’s current projects is a future five-star hotel on Place des Victoires, in Paris’s 2nd arrondissement.
The property will feature 38 rooms, including suites, as well as a spa, swimming pool, hammam, sauna, restaurant and bar.
As the hotel’s name and opening date have not yet been announced, further details about the project will be revealed in due course.
Passing On a Distinctive Vision of Hospitality
This is where the word “family” takes on its full meaning.
It speaks of independence and closeness, but also of legacy and transmission.
Passing on expertise. Allowing properties to evolve without erasing their history. Imagining new projects while preserving a shared vision. Building for the long term rather than simply for the present.
This philosophy allows Iena Hospitality to develop a collection in which properties can be very different from one another while always feeling part of the same family.
What connects them is not an imposed aesthetic, but a shared approach to hospitality.
