Human Resources Project Manager
Do you enjoy launching projects and feel drawn to the hospitality industry?
You have a background in HR management, law, or business school and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Working alongside the HR Manager, you will lead the HR department for the Iena Hospitality group's properties, where you will participate in:
Implementing HR projects (HR software)
Implementing and monitoring company agreements (executive packages, annualization of working hours)
Establishing processes to streamline HR management across the various properties
Day-to-day HR management (DPAE, contracts, etc.)
